“Very nice analysis in eJHaem Journal of undetectable FLC (involved or uninvolved) following BCMA CAR-T in myeloma. I’ve anecdotally looked for this too, so nice to see data. Clearly prognostic and easy (no BMBx needed!), but doesn’t overcome HRCA.”
