Anoop T.M. is an Additional Professor of Medical Oncology at the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, India, where he also serves as Academic Coordinator of the Department of Medical Oncology. He completed his MD in General Medicine at Government Medical College, Kottayam, and DM and DNB training in Medical Oncology, and was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2023.
His clinical and research work focuses particularly on gastrointestinal and thoracic cancers, and previously included breast, hematologic malignancies, and sarcoma. He leads and participates in clinical trials, supervises postgraduate research, and contributes to medical oncology education and scientific publishing. His broader academic activities include research leadership, peer review, and training of medical oncology fellows.
