Jugurta Idres

Jugurta Idres is an anesthesiologist and intensive care physician with a focus on pain management, palliative care, and perioperative oncology. He currently serves as a Senior Anesthesiologist at El Djazaïr Private Clinic in Annaba, Algeria. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Badji Mokhtar University in Annaba and completed specialist training in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Faculty of Medicine of Annaba University.

His clinical interests include onco-anesthesiology, perioperative management of patients undergoing cancer surgery, multimodal pain management, regional anesthesia, and critical care. His work also includes perioperative risk assessment, care of immunocompromised and post-chemotherapy patients, and multidisciplinary collaboration with surgical oncology and palliative care teams. He has additional training in regional anesthesia and point-of-care ultrasound and completed an observership at AP-HP Lariboisière Hospital in Paris.
