“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Immune profiling of smoldering myeloma patients treated with vaccine targeting XBP1/CD138/CS1 + HDACi citarinostat +/- len finds more B intermediate, CD8 effector memory and B memory cells, fewer plasmablasts and CD4 prolif. cells.”
